I stayed here for 6 nights while in Coron. Used it as a base for the wreck diving. It was fantastic as a dive place - the stay were safe knowlegable, the dive equiptment and boats were good and lunch, water and drinks (incl beer!) was provided on the boat. Most importantly the vibe was great. Really good atmosphere to... More

Recently stayed at Seadive with friends for 4 nights as part of a 2 week dive trip. If you want to dive the Coron wrecks, this is the place to be. Not fancy, but clean. You definately want one of the deluxe rooms. Be prepared for 1-2 hour rides (each way) to the dive sites. The wrecks are awesome, and... More

My friends and I ate here on our first night in Coron and all of us thought each of our orders were just so-so. No one from the group was really that happy with their meal. Basically, it was just edible. Period. Nothing special. And for the price we paid, I would suggest you choose another place to eat dinner.... More

Coron Town is a dusty, dilapidated and rather dirty place. Place close attention to the Phillippine's Tourism Board when they say that it's the gateway to island-vibes paradise - use it to move through and onwards to much nicer areas nearby (there are loads!) rather to actually spend a holiday there. Coron has definitely lost any charm it might once... More

I booked a fan room at Seadive for 400 pesos (around 10 dollars) a night. But dOn't expect anything fancy. The small has 2 small beds, towels and soap provided. The bathroom is also shared, which is okay since it seems that there are very few of us sharing it. Wifi is also provided in the restaurant, albeit a slow... More

This place was a great stay aside from the actual accommodations (as a caveat, we had the cheapest rooms they had to offer, the more expensive ones do seem a tad bit nicer). The cheapest rooms consists only of beds and a table. You share a bathroom with all the rest of the rooms in the corridor. The sheets and... More

Stay away from the budget rooms - they have a lot of bedbugs there - and in general the rooms are horrible, especially Nr 110 &111 have no windows and palmwall to palmwall to the shower and toilets - so you can hear everything(you really don't want to!!!) Also close to the diveshop so very noisy until 10pm! The rooms... More

Three friends and I ate at the Seadive resort a number of times in January 2012. We found breakfast to be pretty good; between us, we had the Filipino with corned beef, omelettes and various sandwiches. All dishes were all of a reasonable standard and well-priced. Unlimited tea and coffee is also included. We ordered takeaway sandwiches for lunch. Again,... More

I had a fabulous time at Seadive, the rooms are big, all timber floors and furniture and nicely decorated. I was on the 2nd floor, ahd my own balcony overlooking the water. Greta bathroom with hot shower which is uncommon in Palawan. the restaurant area is fabulous overlooking the water. What better way to start the day with breakfast overlooking... More

Caveat: this isn't The Marriott. In fact, I don't think there's anything Marriott-like on the entire island. Accommodations will, then, be varying degrees of basic, wherever you might decide to stay. Also, I'm a diver, and was here for the diving. These things said -- I stayed at Seadive for a bit more than a week during a month-long scuba... More
