We recently stayed in Hartpuishuis at Wolfkop. The unit was not on standard at all. I will not recommend anyone to stay at Hartpuisbhuis! Hope the other units are in a better condition!!

Dear Tk, Thanks so much for your review. I believe we did correspond to your personal mail to me with regards to the problems regarding the leaking shower floor which have been fixed. I had the TGCSA in and the reviewer told us we are definitely 3 star, but he did point out minor things that we need to fix... More

We stayed here in July last year and loved it. All the appliances were brand new, the coffee grinder scored them a few brownie points and the free jacuzzi with views was def a highlight. It is private, child-friendly (even though we don't have kids), nice beds and bedding. I've stayed in other places in the area and this is... More

We stayed at Wolfkop during April 2011. Although this setting is quite beautiful, the quality is totally lacking a 3 star rating. Most disgustingly the bed linen was not changed from the previous occupents!! Light fittings loose, bathroom dirty - I can go on... Yes - after some discussion they agreed the linen was not clean and brought clean linen.... More

Hi Johan, Thank you for your comment on Trip advisor. We have taken this review very serious as we have a totally new management at Wolfkop since you last visited after this complaint and 2010 complaint that the manager just did not get up to standard. I do not know what happened to the linen as there is a control... More

We have never been camping before and thus have no camping gear. Wolfkop Camping Village was the perfect solution for our first camping experience. It's located on an orange farm and the tents are along the river. When you arrive your sleeping tents (each sleeps 2 people) is set up underneath a Bedouin freeform marquee along with everything you need... More

The value of this place is phenomenal. The jacuzzi is fresh and clean and the chalet is beautiful. It is nice and private and you get left to your own devices. My only moan is the DSTV. This is the THIRD time I have been to a place that has promised satellite TV and doesn't deliver. It seems to be... More

On the plus side our chalet was large and spacious with spectacular views and not a soul to be seen or heard for days. It was neat and the linen was clean and plush. The only time we saw a member of staff was when she came to collect the balance of payment. The downside was that we struggled to... More

Hi Helen, Thanks so much for this review. We have definitely focused on these points and love it that you mention that you did not see workers or people while you visited as that is exactly what we try for your guests. The Electricity problem i have spoken to Bernice about and she knows she should not allow it to... More

We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect. The cottages are far apart, my son (9) could play, scream and shout without disturbing anyone. We lounged around on the beautiful deck by the fire and Spa bath. the view was fantastic. Everything that you see on the web site e.g. pictures, is what you get when you arrive. Everything... More

Our stay at Wolfkop was really specially seeing that the cottage was totally private and we loved the veranda with the braai area, Hammock and jacuzzi with our views over the whole valley. Bernice thanks so much for your warm welcome and the freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee grinder with coffee beans. We loved the idea recommend by Werner... More

We spent three days in the Waboom cottage at Wolfkop. This is clearly not the one they show in the photographs on their website as it is not as nicely furnished or as new as the website looks. However, it is definatley the most secluded of all the houses in the reserve. One other house was barely visible from the... More

Stayed in the Boegoe cottage for 2 nights. The purpose of this long weekend was to relax and the stay could not have been more successful. The cottage is well equipped with all the necessities... microwave, cutlery, TV, airconditioning, etc. The jacuzzi on the "stoep", the built-in braai and the hammocks make the perfect setting for relaxation with a beautiful...
