we stayed at hotel ashray between 12 & 14 October. Everything about it was much below acceptable norms. the toilet was leaking, bed linen was dirty, the service was simply not there. the quality of food was terrible, the eating places could become a source of contamination. the front office was doing us a favour by listening to us. narayanan

Hotel Infrastructure is very bad. Room is good but you will get Blanket which is of no use. If you see the condition of A.C you will never try to book this hotel. One last thing Pls check all oreders of restaurant. They will add one or more items which you have not ordered.

The hotel was not clean. The lift was located in a remote location with dirty pathway. It appears that the lift is being used for the services department only. The bathrooms were not clean. It was not the worth the money charged.

There seems to be a deficiency of mid range hotels in Ujjain. hotel ashray has a big building but don't get mistaken by it....as it is d dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in....the bedspreads,n sofa covers were very dirty....n there hygiene is also very poor....as we saw huge sized rats thr.....i feel soo sorry for people who had orders d hotel food....
