The Location is perfect & the staffs of this hotel are very friendly. But i was upset with the cleanliness of the rooms, later the staffs anyhow managed to solve this problem. I shall recommend this hotel for family visit.

The staff was very good and the hotel was very clean they were upto the mark in their service the only problem is hotel do not have a restaurant so we have to eat out. Apart from that everything was best

I booked this online through cleartrip for Rs.1197. However when i checked-in the hotel i found the current price for the same room was Rs. 800. Dear Cleartrip, I have choosen cleartrip service for hotel booking before also and both Ooty (Hotel Ooty lakeview) and Pondichery (Hotel Devaki Elite) hotels and amentities were great, exemplary. booked rooms for 2days when we reached hotel with family rooms were like store rooms beds like govt hospital beds, we asked recepnist he is not able to answer properly he didn't return money we left the hotel. stayed in another hotel. on line booking is sometimes notthing but waste of money. all 3100/- gone to trash.

when i check in in hotel that i saw good cleanness but after enter in my room i saw there a not maintained bathroom which roof was leakage. wash basin tap was not working. bad room service there not any good restaurant for food. room service provide food from road side dhabas and hawkers . there no one come to... very bad experiance,service is very very poor,drinking water,hot water for bath & many more normal service not available.I think i m wrong to book hotel through cleartrip,i future i never book hotel by cleartrip.

Room, bed sheets and blankets ,bathrooms are dirty as well as staff is not cooperative .Zero value for money. stayed on 18 jan 13. Also don't know how clear trip Recommend this type of hotels on his web-site.

Hi The average rate for 2 bedroom at Shirdi is only 700 Rs. Sai yug was unorganised & uncleanly hotel not worth staying at expensive rates. There are many hotels available in Shirdi even with out prior bookings.
