This resort surprises you from the time you enter it.... the road leading up to it not so great an all of a sudden it just opens up into this huge landscape with coconut trees and canals... the check in went smoothly and staff very freindly from the time you enter.... a very well maintained property and extremly tasty food....... Management doesn't knew any thing about hospitality. What ever we asked to the person in the reception was transferring the phone to the manager. He then en-quire to higher management and will reply. For a single matter i saw the manager calling 6 times to management. too much horrible, terrible. PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS.
