Staffs in the houseboat were cordial and helped us made our journey amazing. Also houseboat was clean and hygienic. All the care was taken by the boat staff.

The service provided was excellent in the House Boat. Overall facilities provided was good. We loved the Kerela Traditional Veg Thali in the afternoon provided. Non Veg was excellent. Overall service and rating would be Good. Will love to visit the houseboat with my family members.

There should be some music arrangement for visiters. One binoculars/monocular should be provided. One exhaust fan should be installed in bathroom. A small library about kerala culture and heritage can be have good sense. You can provide one replica of your houseboat in the form of key chain.

Houseboat experience is one of an unforgetful experience. Extremely exciting and superb. Crew members was super friendly and helpful. Food was awesome, delicious and fresh, felt like we overate coz it was too good to waste it. It was truly a wonderful stay in backwater, very relaxing and stress realeasing. Wish to go again when there's another chance.
