Having been delayed by BA 6 hours arrived in Siena at 2230 on our first night, spent 2 days in Florence and been ripped off we arrived eventually here.
Viviana (the manager) and I had exchanged emails prior to our arrival and even though she had left for the day, there was a very friendly Italian lady (practically no English)...
