The room was roomy and clean. We we're welcomed with cake and tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk (a nice touch, much better than the long life stuff you normally get!). The breakfasts we're very good and a nice start to the day, although you don't need much else afterwards.

Welcomed by Anne with hot drinks and cake. Anne recommended local restaurants of which we chose one in Balivanich. It was Anne's birthday and on our return we spent a pleasant eveing chatting and celebrating with her cousin. Excellent room ensuite, very comfortable and a lovelly breakfast before heading off. Highly recommended to all, you will not be disappointed.

Anne is an excellent hostess, we were welcomed with tea and homemade cake on our arrival, the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast first class. No hesitation in recommending this fantastic B/B
