Didn't stay at the hotel but lunched there. Packed but still found room for us. Manageress was charming, helpful & accommodating. Couldn't face turkey on the set menu; no fuss, offered two good alternatives all for €13.50. Excellent 4 course meal including wine & coffee but it was the divine bread that made the meal a great treat. Enjoy.
The hotel was a stopover travelling from the Alps back to the ferry to the UK - its about halfway. We thought Semur sounded worth visiting staying in, and it was - a very pretty little town with lots of well preserved medieval buildings in the centre .
