Recently stayed 4 days/3nights here. Immaculate grounds and exterior maintenance. Pool area was clean, hot tub not in service. The resort was cleaning up from minor damage from the river flooding due to TS Noel. The bridge to the kareoke bar and gazebo was gone! Recently spent 2 nights at the Hotel Gran Jimenoa and had a great time. The rooms are clean and comfortable and includes free breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The tropical courtyard has a nice pool and comfortable lounge chairs. However, the hot tub was not working while we were there. The restaurant overlooks a beautiful rapid on the river below.... More
