We stayed at the Brisas de los Alpes for four days in April and it was excellent. It is very peaceful and secure with only the sound of birds in the morning. My wife and i decided to take a trip into the countryside of the D.R. to get away from the swealtering heat of Santodomingo where we live,and im glad we did. I have been going to Dominican Republic for past 10 years and found a really nice place off the beaten path. The Jarabacoa area is beautiful.
