The hotel is smallish, with quite ordinary rooms, but the overall atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It is situated a little outside Cognac in a very quiet area. The restaurant is superb and was a real find. We stayed for three nights and took half board. Each evening the owner announced the menu which was interesting, innovative and truly delicious....
