Weekend hotel. There is nothing to do but sleep and eat. No fun! There are only two big pluses: view and restorant. There are many tasty dishes to taste for breakfast and dinner. It worth wisiting for several days, but not more.

Le cordonant has a fantastic setting, high up, facing over with an unobstructed view of the Mont Blanc massif. It really is picture postcard scenery. The hotel is homely but efficient, with very helpful, friendly staff, and very good food. A great stop.

I was most impressed by the food provided by the staff - 24Euros for a 5 course dinner of...

The Cordonant is a small hotel across the way from the much larger and more renowned Les Roches Fleuries. Like most of the buildings in (the absolutely charming town of) Cordon it's a wooden chalet-style construction with a view over the fields into the valley.
