Stayed here recently using a groupon voucher kindly gifted to us, the food was incredible , the room comfortable what more can you say. Well recommended

This is a fantastic hotel in a lovely village. Room was large and the bathroom was enormous, although without a bath, which didn;t bother me, but it could easily be accomodated. We stayed for two nights with Groupon and could not fault the hotel. The room was excellent and the bathroom was enormous. Stayed for 2 nights with Groupon. Excellent room on first floor, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. We also ate in the hotel for our evening meal. I would recommend the fish and chips - lovely. Staff very friendly. Would visit again.

We ate at the Queens Head on Friday night and were so impressed we went back again on Saturday evening as well. You will probably need to book a table at the weekends as the restaurant was almost full on both evenings. There was a good choice on the menu and there was also a daily specials board. Good value...
