We stayed for 2 nights on a kgb voucher and had a very nice experience.Pleasant owner and staff,excellent food and ambience and a great base for exploring the delights of Northumberland.Our room-10-was adequate and good value for what we paid.Would definitely return again.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a KGB voucher deal- comfortable room (rm 6) though bed was a small double, had no complaints. Room looked out onto the high street but no traffic noise. Very small village so not 'lively' - juke box is the loudest thing and it went off at 10.45. Excellent service- good food- try the daily...
