Beautiful hotel in superb grounds-just like staying in a National Trust country house, very helpful staff , great food at a reasonable price, very nice en suite room with a comfy bed but television reception was poor other than Sky but we don't watch Sky not really complaining just making up to 200 characters I did submit some nice photos... Had lovely weekend break. Food and service excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. Room very spacious. Very comfy bed, One slight disappointment tv reception was poor. Would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to return in not to distant future

Last nights Neil Diamond Tribute was excellent value for money. A glass of bubbly on arrival and lovely 3 course meal. “birthday lunch”

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here recently. The food and service was excellent. We were part of a small group in a private room. Would highly recommend it for small special occasions. Also attended a wedding here many years ago and remember enjoying it.

We often eat at the Cartland and have used it for special family events. I recently retired and chose to have my dinner here. It was a delightful evening with great food and service. Special thanks to Kim who went that extra mile to add to the enjoyment of the evening.
