Stayed for 3 nights . Recommended by a (travelling salesman) friend as his stop of choice when working locally. Delighted that we took his advice. Owners and staff excellent - friendly, courteous and helpful. Room comfortable, spotless, good bathroom, plenty of very hot water. Good location, right beside Pendine Sands. Highlight is food. “don't be fooled by first impressions”

You enter the rooms from behind the hotel via the kitchen stores area, not good and, but once in the small accommodation area, only three rooms you are o.k. The room was excellent and the bathroom first class. Very good value for money. The breakfast was enormous if not over exciting, if you like full british it was great. Evening... More

we stayed here as a family so we booked a family room,it was clean and bright. the view of beach was lovely! at night it was a whole different story! we had 2 children ages of 6 and 10 and they wanted their beds at about 10pm (not a chance!) considering it was a family room we were directly over...
