Well worth a visit. The seafood was as good as any 5 star restaurant with service to match. The location is the main attraction with plenty of things to do. The rooms were nothing special but nicely decorated. The rooms with a view may be better.

A lovely setting at the end of the Port Appin road, with modern rooms and a restaurant serving great local seafood and the best Scottish breakfast on the west coast that we have sampled thus far

When we arrived we received a really friendly welcome! The manager came out to personally greet us as we were entering. It is clean, comfortable. The seafood was excellent, the wait staff is terrific, breakfast was wonderful. My husband even got some laundry done while we were there. Views are beautiful
