We loved Spreewald - very pretty and relaxing. It's only an hour from Berlin.
This is a very enjoyable hotel on the outskirts of Lübben. The garden restaurant is right next to an atmospheric Spreewald canal. You can go along the canals and river Spree in a punt or hire a kayak or canoe from the hotel . Paddle one...
