My first time visiting Cuba. My stay at Hostal Amalia was perfect! Super Clean, great view from the second floor, Friendly, and conviently located. Would recommend this Hostal to anyone! Definetly will be staying here on my next trip.

We really enjoed staying at Amalia. Casa is located directly in the central Santa Clara. The rooms are preatty, the bethrooms were clean with hot water. We stayed at Hostal Amalia over the new year and thought it was really good. Luis (the owner) is really friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had breakfast and dinner there a few times and the food was really good. I recommend this hostel.

This casa was perfectly situated to get a feel of central Santa Clara with Leoncio Vidal park only a 5 minute walk away. We stayed here for one night and Luis could not do enough for us. He has a lovely home, great breakfast and the roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is great - do not have any complaints or any thoughts to make it better - it's great as it is!

This place deserves it to be mentioned in guides as Lonely Planet. They're not yet, but they should... Beautifull (big) airconditioned room. Clean bathroom.
