The hotel is in a perfect place near the European market of Izmir. Someone who want to go shopping in the European part of the city (with many shops and bars & restaurants) can stay in this hotel. BEDROOMS - Beds very comfortable with nice clean linen. On two occasions when linen was changed we did not get replacment towels, no problem we just helped ourselves from the linen cupboard, there were no pillow cases and although we reported to reception they were not replaced until the next day, when presumeably the laundry arrived. Good modern styled hotel at great location in Alsancak. Very pleasant stay, normal sized room, but great, modern looking and clean! Located just one street from Kibris street, might be little hard to find at first. Very helpful stuff! There is a hamam and Spa - we did not try.
