Comfortable! if basic, rooms, friendly staff and close to restaurants including its own. I've stayed here several times and it is very consistent.

The Hotel North in Goose Bay is the best place to stay. It is near the airport, $10.00 by taxi. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a restaurant with good homecooked style meals with a daily special. The "JIgs Dinner" is a must to try, a traditional Newfoundland/Labrador meal.
