Seventeen kilometres from park. Miserable staff. I edible breakfast. Coffee? I don't think so. Do not bring a cat, there is no room to swing it. Stayed at this hotel as part of a bus tour in July 2011. Nicest place on the tour so far. The hotel has been nicely updated and the staff was friendly. The hotel is close to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The A/C actually worked well at this hotel, which was a nice change from our previous locations.

The room was one step above a private room in a hostel. The staff was very helpful and the grocery in the basement was very handy. It was a short drive to the park and would use this hotel if arrangements could not be made to stay in the park. The town was very small but did have sidewalks.

I agree with previous reviews. Rooms are simple and basic. The light coming into the room from the central hall is odd. There are plenty stuffed animals in the hotel entrance hall.
