Mr. Jacinto (Owner? Manager?) is very nice. Stayed in room number one, which is down a dark, grimy looking hallway. The room had a nice flat screen television with cable and a working air conditioner, two double beds, desk, closet, two metal folding chairs, private bathroom (not too small). Room was very dark (low wattage light bulbs) and slightly smelly....
