Have just stayed for 2 nighs at Du Chateau, Combourg. A pleasant enough location and parking immediately in front of the hotel. Our room was large and certainly clean and tidy, but to reach it requires climbing to the second floor up a fairly steep and winding staircase. Not easy with age and dodgy knees. We arrived there late but the hotel welcomed warmly and, let us sip some some before heading to bed. Room was clean and got everything we needed. Breakfast was well prepared with variety of food, bread, cheese, ham, etc... We'll definitely go back if there is a chance arises. Mt-St-Michel is only 40 min away if you go by car.... More

A quaint hotel situated between a chateau and a lake. Stunning. The room was comfortable and clean. Hotel had a first class restaurant. Pricey but was served the best food I've had in a long long time. Recommended dinner but the town boast other eateries. I will be returning
