The guest has booked a holiday at our hotel and we required a guaranty deposit of 200,00 Euro. The guest has made the deposit by credit card. Later the guest cancelled his reservation, with the reason that he had booked another hotel. We asked the guest to keep the 200,00 Euro for a future visit at our hotel, however, this...
