Uncle Georges is a traditional Greek Taverna with apartments over the top situated 150 yards from the beach (Ammoudara translates as long sandy beach). We arrived after 11pm local time and we were met by Artemis (wife) who was smiling and very welcoming. She took us up to our 2 bed apartment and showed us the apartment right through.
