Very pleased to find this newer hotel in a small town. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, spotless, spacious room with a comfortable bed and high quality linens. Breakfast room offered spacious with a good selection of breads, cereals, eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit and juices. Well done!

Nicely modern dark decor. Warming entrance & staff. Bed are good. Breakfast Bar plenty and lots to pick from. Peoples working there are nice and makes you feel very welcoming. They are helpful and nice. I will come here in April again. Thank you.

Once again, great stay. Smooth checkin/checkout. Fantastic Breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. Great Staff. This owner knows his stuff. He works the Breakfast room and meets all his guests. He is there in the a.m. and there late p.m. always doing something. Feels like home here.

I have tried to book a room at this hotel several times and they are always full it seems. Since I had advance notice this time, I booked well in advance and had no problems booking. This hotel is a diamond in the rough. Great advocate of Best Western hotels. Amazing breakfast with waffles, sausage, egg omletes. Great rooms with immaculate cleaning services. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The owners should put some more effort into fixing their supposed "water fall" in the lobby if that's what it really is supposed to be.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas 2011 and we LOVED it. The staff are amazing and super helpful. We had yummy cookies waiting for us every night. Breakfast was awesome. We stayed in the Family room and it was huge and perfect for our family. This will be my go to hotel anytime I am visiting Bonnyville.
