Clean and functional room, beer was good, only had breakfast which was reasonable

This was my first trip to Norfolk and I plan to go back! I was met in the lobby and shown to my room. A lovely young man, i believe it was the owners son called Joe was fantastic, nothing seemed too much trouble. The food was lovely, it was just a great family hotel.
