'Deluxe' room was comfortable and had great view of Muar River. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Let down by poor maintenance (cigarette burn on chair, sliding door to balcony broken). Central location, and next to public park for strolling.

The hotel is just next to the river and I got a room with river view. The WIFI reception and speed is free and good. The Security Post is right next to the car park, so parking is safe. The room is big but poorly maintained. Windows are not clean. Carpet has many marks.

Average Hotel with Good Straitsview. Room was Clean, Big & Spacious. Staff was Friendly and location was convenient to nearby Shops & Restaurant. The Breakfast spread was Nice but Limited. Overall was a Good Stay!

I went there to book rooms for a group booking in August. Love the property and the staff. The staff are very polite and humble. The property is next to a river and the view is fantastic. We always stay at this property everytime we visit Muar. There are also good seafood restaurant around the corner.
