Excellent value for money, good location for getting around. Room very good, bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and informal, food basic but very well cooked. Quite well-stocked bar, hotel prices but not extortionate. Nothing not to like!

booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised how nice and friendly it is. the restaurant food was of good quality and excellent both in quanitity and taste. staff are friendly and happy to help with any requests and the rooms were really good as well.

Stayed a time or two for my job . Real good value B&B with good food for evening meals. Handy for J40 on M1 . No frills comfortable ,clean but good solid value and nice folks to go with it .Would use repeatedly and would use weekends for familly . Lots of car park space .

Spent a night here for a wedding nearby. Good location for Dewsbury/Wakefield. Rooms were of a decent size, clean and with everything we needed, including an iron. Stayed here a few times on business trips, always clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfasts and evening meals excellent. Very good value for money and free Wi-Fi in most rooms - but not all!

We found this hotel very good for the price you pay .we stayed in room 25 and had a nice quiet nights sleep . The room was clean and tidy . The breakfast very well set out and something for every one and the staff very helpfull

would not recmond this place for any function over priced and food half cooked ..one person got food poision from half cooked chicken ,,staff were appailing would not book here ever again ,,rip oof................

Had a baptism reception here yesterday very very disappointing, the buffet was half cooked and missing items asked for, tried to sort this out and was fobbed off as no managers on site, that in itself is very poor, the day after when i called the staff member whose name i wont dispose here was very rude, didnt help with...
