We spent 6 nights here and loved the place very much. It is handily situated less than half an hour from wonderful Siena. Though we are around 70 owner Barbara put us humorously in the "Lovers Room" with a large four poster bed. The farmhouse is full of interesting furniture and old agricultural implements + her own pictures and ceramics....

L'Agriturismo Il Colombaio di Barbara is a really romantic, beautiful and charming farmhouse located in Tuscany, in the Siena countryside. The characteristic Tuscan stone house is 800 years old, renovated maintaining its original style, opened for guests in 1999. Accommodation in the farm house. For our guests we have the following available accommodations: 6 Rooms with private Bathrooms, Air-fan and Fridge, one Living Room, one Breakfast and Dinner Room, a Reading Room, a Kitchen (on request). Around the house a large Garden with swimming pool (also for children), a pergola with a big table for the summer evening dinners. The rich continental breakfast and the service is included in the room price.
