We enjoyed 3 wonderful days at Federica's fabulous B&B. The room was spotless, breakfast dishes fresh and tasty and the views are breathtaking. We also enjoyed a couple of bottles of their very fine wine. Thank you Federica for a wonderful time in your beautiful country. Bill and Maureen, Ottawa, Canada

This bed and breakfast is so charming and peaceful. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us in every possible way. Her breakfast was wonderful and it was extremely clean. I believe this is the loveliest place I have ever stayed. Thank you Federica.

We have traveled rather extensively in Europe, particularly Italy and Germany, and this is our favorite B&B. Casali della Aiola is a bit off the beaten path but more than worth the few additional minutes of travel for its gorgeous setting and its incredibly helpful hostess. Besides, if you would like to stay in a working vineyard, there are not... More

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights in mid-September. You'll need a car to get here, but you'll need a car to get to most places in Tuscany. The hostess, who is part of the family that owns the vineyard, was exceptionally friendly and helpful in suggesting destinations and restaurants in the area. The room: We stayed in a basic... More

This truly is a unique place, with it's stunning location and wonderfully kept grounds there is no doubt that we will return here again and again. This is an inspiring place - the Chianti hills with their timless oilve trees and mystical sense of history makes it a difficult place to leave. Frederica is so welcoming and can only be... More

the first time we stayed with our kids and second time we came back by ourselves. We love the place and people. Yes the restaurant situation is exciting but the restaurants that are nearby are very good . You should not attempt the area without a very good map. It is a very relaxing , peaceful place to stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casali della Aiola. Frederica, the owner, was very welcoming and gracious as she took time to help us plan our day trips. Don't let the dirt road deter you---it's worth the drive. It is lovely the way the old buildings are situated right in the heart of their vineyards and olive groves--enchanting. Lovely breakfast,... We are a family of four (5 and 8 year old children) and stayed for two nights. We had several small rooms located in a beautiful garden next to an old vinery; the children loved exploring the gardens while I enjoyed relaxing in the shade of one of the trees in the garden. The place is easy enough to find... More

Our group of 5 stayed in two rooms at Casali della Aiola for three nights in May. We had a very nice stay. Fredericka goes out of her way to welcome you and is more than willing to give suggestions for touring the area. We were travelling with our senior parents and asked for a room that was a bit...
