The rooms are all right. The air conditioning system is very good and this is a "must" in Rio. The kitchen had everything needed in case you want to cook. But what is incredible is the location. Three blocks from the beach, half a block from Leblon Shopping mall which has great brands and variety and the neighbourhood is one... More

Although some appartments are a bit small and do not provide convenient appliances (such as microwave, internet access, 21 century tv etc.) the building offers excellent amenities (restaurant opened from 7 am til 10 pm non stop, laundry services, hair salon, daily cleaning service, etc) and is located in a great location, accross restaurants, two shopping centers, two blocks away... Had booked 3 rooms here for ourselves and 2 other families all going to a wedding. Booked us a 2 bed flat for us for 2 adults (10 nights), 2 teenagers (8 nights), turned up only had a single bedroom and a fold out double. They admitted was their mistake. All sorts of excuses, said they would change the room... More

Leblon flat service is a very old building with only 20 apartments for rental. Each one is different and the decoration depends on the interest of the owner.
