The staff was very helpful and the food was very good, but the rooms were not clean. The first room we were shown had a bed that been slept in, poo in the toilet and I don't know what all over the floor. We were moved and it was a bit better, but not much. And this was more expensive... More

I love the services which are provided during my stay with my faimly. Gwalior is not a great with good choice of good hotels so I rate this hotel as one of the best among other.

First time I stay at Suite by the anavailability of other Delux room and I enjoyed stay over here and the support from staff... and I really appriciate the facilities over here.
