I stayed at the Seaview for 6 nights where I was treated more like a family member than a visitor. Clean and comfy if a little dated decor. Marion and Clare where excellent hosts and provided an excellent breakfast. They even sorted out the TV so I could watch the World Superbikes. Would definitely recommend.

The staff here have been such a great help to me, very welcoming and kind! The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was much appreciated and had a good selection to choose from including a vegetarian dish. I would recommended the seaview to everyone!

Marion and Clare who run the Seaview are lovely, breakfast is spectacular, and the house is really comfy - big living room, and a traditional feel. The guest house was built by the same person who built the big tower down by the promenade. The tartan carpets give the place character. I'll be back!

We travelled to Co. Antrim for a friend's wedding , so we were looking for somewhere convenient and within our budget. We were also looking for somewhere to stay that wasn't the usual Travelodge/Premier Inn experience. I don't think we could have chosen better for the price. Clean, cosy, warm rooms and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever... More

I have stayed here on many occasions over the past 3 years and continue to get the same warm welcome as I did on my first stay. Rooms are comfortable and warm, and there is always plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. Good selection at breakfast, free high high speed internet and value for money mean I... More

A group of friends from Co Durham stayed here recently and were very impressed by the hospitality shown by Marion (the owner). The rooms were comfortable, good beds with crisp white sheets, hospitality trays, flat screen TVs. The house was always warm and plenty of hot water for showers. A roomy lounge was located on the first floor where guests... More

My wife and I stayed at Seaview on 10 May 2012 prior to catching the Troon Ferry to Scotland. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was only a few blocks from the ferry terminal. We were foot passengers for the ferry and our host , Marion, couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us an early breakfast... More

Pleasant spacious room, helpful owner and very good breakfast - cereal, fruit , yoghurt, cheese, several kinds of toast and full Ulster fry. All for the price you might pay for breakfast in a Belfast hotel!
