I book with Premier Inn through work and I have to say that this was one of the best ones I've stayed in. Rooms were clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed my stay at this premier inn, room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there on several occasions. Good value for money, especially if it is off peak. Nice breakfast at the Brewers fayre.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. Considering that this is a budget hotel, we really couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful and provided everything we needed with enthusiasm and professionalism. The breakfast was also lovely and great value for money.

Stayed here for one night for the purpose of checking out Royal Quays and also taking the DFDS ferry to Amsterdam the next day. We have stayed here several times when visiting family in Newcastle. it is easy to get to, on the north side of the Tyne Tunnel and right beside the Royal Quays Shopping Outlets. Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff, who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They went over and above the call of duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Good budget hotel stay, we stayed for an event nearby - but it is clearly a stone's throw from the Port. The reception staff were excellent and the restaurant staff next door very friendly and welcoming. Stayed for 1 night.
