very clean and staff helpful. The beds are very high and the bathroom doesnt have rails in bath so not good if you have any sort of disability.

Hi have never been dissapointed with premier inns, except that I sent them an e mail saying how much we enjoyed our stay at Burgess Hill complimenting them on their staff and the whole experience, but they didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge my e mail certainly wont do it again !!!!!!
