We did not stay here. But we did enjoy hiking their trail with its suspended bridges. The trail was extremely well maintained. We decided to have dinner in their open air restaurant. The portions were big and it was very tasty. The chicken was so moist and well seasoned. I was very pleasantly surprised.

The main reason for staying here is the wonderful trails with swinging bridges over deep forested canyons. Close encounters with monkeys, toucans, honeycreepers, hawks, owls, etc. are very likely. We stayed here for two nights on our Costa Rica trip. Our cottage was quite huge and nice with rocking chairs that offered a beautiful view over Northern Costa Rica and Lake Nicaragua. Nice getaway. We stayed in one of the cabinas, and we thought it was very cheap for the space we had (and for the price difference, get the cabina!!) We went all the way to Bijagua for a daytrip to Rio Celeste (beautiful!) and discovered a very nice lodge in Heliconias lodge. Staff was friendly and restaurant was good.
