great location,2 mins to the centre of the village.5 mins to the beach.Nice quiet location.Very helpful owner (sami).Yes the rooms are basic but they all are in greece.Kept very clean thoughout.Wouldnt change a thing about this accomodation.Go and enjoy Lia Matina and Pefki.

was very good in many ways but the thing that lets it down is the kitchen items eg cutlery or the lack off and cups plates etc.the towel change and bed change is one of the best we have had every couple of days .
