All we expected from Novotel Hotels. Room was very good and staff polite and efficient. As with most Accor Group Hotels we were able to take our dog with us which was very important. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area again will definitely stay again. Thank you .

a well appointed,clean new Novotel. A one night stopover which included great service , good food and an excellent swim! The room was well furnished comfortable and very clean The Wi-Fi worked well and was very helpful for our onward journey.We have no complaints and would happily return to this hotel.

Basic, clean room for family. OK for a 1 night stop on route to Spain / home although not easy to find on edge of town. Access not good for those with mobility problems. When we were there was a very noisy coach party arrived in middle of night

This hotel was very new and modern, it had a nice lounge area, pool and grounds were also nice. Right next-door was a big new shopping centre, across the road was a Supermarket and a Restaurant, 2 minutes up the road was a MacDonalds and a KFC. Ask for a room overlooking the pool!

Good modern hotel. Room spacious and well-equipped. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. Location good for airport and main roads, but taxi to city cost €20. Air-conditioning not as effective as expected - possibly because chosen cool setting was overruled (reverted to 19 C).

Would be much more comfortable once the refurbishment is completed. Staff very pleasent, temporary breakfast arrangement not up to expectation and very disappointing to arrive late after a long (600km by car) travel and discover that there was no room service. Recommendation to a friend will depend on completion of refurbishment or not!
