First things first - this place now seems to be called Goris Hotel, which is also listed separately on TripAdvisor.
If you want to spend some time in Goris, there are better places (at least one better place for sure - Kecharis Hotel). But this is probably the cheapest at just 8000 AMD for a single room (around 20 dollars)....

The Olympia in Goris consists of a couple of dozen rooms spread out over 3 floors.
