We stayed here for 5 nights. It is a little out of the way, so you would need a car to see the entire area. It is within 30 min or less of everything. Skiing is very close by. The restaurant is really good! The food is amazing and at a reasonable price. The wine list is good and not... More

This is a very pretty, small auberge with lovely views. We stayed there while driving the classic tour de Mont Blanc from Geneva. We stayed in a small modern annex which was clean, quiet and comfortable. They are very dog friendly and there are reasonably convenient spots to walk the dogs. When in the area do not miss visiting the... More

We regularly eat at this restaurant whenever we are in the area on holidays. The owners are very welcoming, the food is exquisite. They really make an effort to make healthy food attractive to children - no chicken nuggets here! I would eat here every night if possible! More

Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Our room was super clean, quiet and comfortable with a wonderful view to wake up to! We were travelling through France from our home in Italy, and elected to stay here both for the outward and return journey. The food was just divine, and although we had found a more than adquate steak house... More

I stay here often for work. If i was to come through the area for pleasure I would most surely stay here again.... The rooms are small, but nice and cozy with a complimentary hot tub for evening relaxing. The restaurant is the reason to stay here... BEST FOOD IN TOWN.It is French Haute-cuisine. Delicious every night. The staff is... More

We hit really lucky in finding this hotel after coming through the Mont Blanc tunnel looking for somewhere to stay for the night. From the outside it's a pretty unassuming place but the warmth of the welcome made me realise that that we had found somewhere really special. The view of Mont Blanc from the bedroom is great to wake... More

We chose to stay in Sallanches because we were skiing in Megeve. This hotel is a locally owned B&B and the owners are very charming and wonderfully hospitable. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and they were decently sized. The hotel was very quiet in March. Breakfast was the highlight- cheeses, bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt and a machine to... More

Really great hotel at the bottom of the mountains. The lady who runs the hotel made us feel very welcome, preparing dinner for us when we arrived so late on the first day and forgiving us for our poor French. The hotel was very smart and clean. All the bedrooms have shutters on the windows so it's pitch black and... More

When we arrived at the hotel we thought we had made a mistake with the booking as no-one was around but Anne...the owner then appeared at the door. From that minute on we knew our stay was going to be special when she shook all ours hands warmly and welcomed us like family:)She gave us a choice of rooms which... More
