I travelled with my parents and my grandmother and we took a quadruple room, but finally the owner change it for two double rooms without to charged us the difference. Good shower, but a little bit small in one of the rooms, in the other it was just a hole on the floor, but enough to take the water away.... More

Went to Lugano on a cycling trip so wanted an inexpensive bed for the night that was quiet and clean. This place ticked all the boxes, plus the staff were genuine and extremely helpful (in four languages with consecutive guests) with information on good routes, an offer to pick us up if we had an accident, flexibility on cyclists breakfasts... Travelling with a young family, we arrived very late (due to a long flight delay) at 10pm. We were welecomed warmly and enthusiastically and offered dinner despite the late hour.
