Being living in Guangzhou, Macau became one of the regular visiting places when friends came over. Hard rock hotel was my most favorite hotel, rooms are clean, spacious, modern and contemporary. All day ambient music and great location. Hotel lobby connects to City of Dreams which houses both Crown and of course the Hard Rock casino.. the only casino with a rock twist. Rooms and amenities are pretty good as well. Shuttle buses also provided and Venetian is just across the road.

Good location, great promo with the house of dancing water tickets, very warm, sincere, and young staff, good service, absolutely good food. Rooms are very hip but homy. My kids aged 20 and 18 loved it too. Will definitely return to this hotel. To the staff, keep up the good work of making your guests feel good.

I have stayed at the Macau Hard Rock Hotel on three different occasions and ALWAYS have an amazing time. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are great, and the memorabilia throughout the hotel is historical.

Have a great stay with my family recently, with the nice room & helpful staff! Got the room with the view to The Venetian, enjoying the world-class show 'The Dancing of Water'...I would stay it again, but should improve the breakfast with more variety choices :)

We stayed here when it first opened, and left after a free upgrade as so much was wrong. I am now very pleased to say that they got it right. Service, rooms, food, etc are all very good, and I really enjoyed the vibe of the place.

arrived after a tiring day trip on 4pm, fast check in, and got an extra hour check out time. stayed one night here booked the package with house of dancing water C class ticket , free dragon treasure show and breakfast. room is very comfortable but what i dont prefer is the toilet in a separate room than the bath...
