The Coconut Dream bungalows are a good choice on Gili Trawangan, in particular when you are able to get one of the new bungalows. We arrived in Gili T without a reservation in mid August and this was almost the only acceptable thing we found but it's a poor resort not even on the beach front. On the other hand it was decently clean and quiet, breakfast acceptable, good price and nice people.

Fact or Fiction: if you do not pre-book accomodation on Gili Trawangan, you will find it very difficult to get somewhere decent when you arrive? I was so surprised when i found these bungalows. Very comfy, clean and pretty much everything you would want in such a place. The breakfast is nothing special, as is true for most of these islands. Location is a bit away from the busy streets, so it is very quiet.

Actually we booked Aaliku Bungalows (their neighbor) to spent our Holiday, but they got mistakes then we moved to this place. We happy to recommended this place to other. The new room is quiet, big and clean. And beautifully a well kept garden, an airy place. I was comfortable. I'm afraid the hot water didn't work....I think it's electric power failure. But staff were very friendly! Their performance is so nice!!! I'd like to stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for about 6 nights and enjoyed every moment. :) It was our lovely little home when we weren't out diving, cycling or, uhm, partying. ;-) The day beds and hammocks served as peaceful spots for reading and playing Scrabble, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. I stayed at the Coconut Dream Bungalow for three nights and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and we were even offered a fresh coconut taken from one of the trees. Staff provided us with useful tips for daily activities and musical entertainment in the evening. The outdoor shower was fantastic. I strongly recommend.
