A few tweeks and this is a great value hotel. I think it’s changed owners since previous reviews as there was no reference to Hilton. The breakfast was terrific. There are eggs in the restaurant, but they will cook poached, fried or scrambled fresh for you. The staff are warm and friendly and do everything to help. We returned from... More

We booked this hotel, as we were going to Milan for a very last minute trip for the Formula one. Hotels were £00's more for city centre. We stayed a total of 2 nights, the hotel is very impressive inside and has nice touches such as free Wi-Fi, printer room and airport shuttle. Breakfast was pretty standard for a European... More

Find a piece of scrub land on the outskirts of a nowhere Italian town, build a hotel as fast as you can, slap the word 'Hilton' in there and wait for unsuspecting travellers! This is not the 'Lakes', it's not even the airport, it's not anywhere. Hotel is clean, basic (typical Hilton Garden hotel, nothing wrong there for a quick... More

We have been we to this hotel for 2 nights in july. If you want to see Milano or to do holidays just book something else. The standards are ok but the area is far away from anything and also from the airport!

Oh boy, was this the way not to end my trip in Italy. First, no fault of the hotel, but the airport is pretty deserted at late hours so it's hard to get info on if there is a shuttle, where to meet it etc. The taxi drivers were the most helpful - they called the hotel to find out... More

Other reviewers are spot-on: this is NOT a Hilton and there is NO customer service. Forget internet access (unless you want to wait in a converted conference room with wires running everywhere while they "transition" their service"). Need an iron? Go to their dungeon and find one (ewww). Front desk help? Ha. Secure area to park your car? Sure, next... More

The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport and while the hotel offers a free shuttle service, i had to find a working pay phone at the airport at 11 pm to call the hotel so the shuttle would pick me up (the tourism info office closes early). I had email the hotel in the morning to provide my... More

I have stayed here several times on business trips. One very positive aspect is that the hotel provides transport to and from Malpensa airport with their shuttle buses (maxi taxi's) - you have to call the hotel from the airport if you want to be picked up. You may have to wait quite a while, but once the shuttle bus... More

I had intended to start this review by saying that, unless you have particular loyalty to the Hilton brand, then there is little extra reason to stay at this hotel. In fact, it left the Hilton family at the end of June 2011 and is slowly being rebranded as an independent hotel (warning if you’ve booked and are expecting HHonors... More

Upfront, this hotel purports to be a Hilton property. My main reasons for picking this hotel were twofold: 1) Near Milan Malpensa Airport; and 2) it was supposed to be a Hilton Property (i.e. reliably good). When I asked about my Hhonors credit, etc., the desk staff told me that there could be no credit given....because the hotel IS NO... More
