“poorly maintained & falsely advertised”

The actual location is great and the house may have been nice one day, but its defiantly seen better days. We had numerous issues, listed point form below: - fridge didn't work great -hot tub didn't work -air conditioning didn't work well -There is no fifth bedroom, its a room with bunk-beds and no windows and no furniture. Not exactly as advertised. This is one of the few places to add a review, as owner-direct does not have reviews. Firstly, the pictures of the yard are taken from angles that don't properly represent the space. The yard is small and most of the mutliple acres are steep trees.
