We put with this site for two days because we wanted to visit this lovely area. Don't be fooled by the picture of Lough Corrib in the camping, caravanning & motorhome guide this view is a car drive away. We had a good view of the graveyard. The toilet & shower block are part of the hostel which is shared with... More

Dont bother with this place if your driving or trying to park anything but a small motorhome or van conversion, when we arrived there was nobody in reception so we made our way up to the site. We got up there and we were very disappointed with the whole setup,no individual sites to park up only a small car park that... More

Having booked to stay in the B&B associated with this campsite, and received confirmation of my booking, I telephoned as a courtesy the evening I was travelling to confirm that I would arrive at 9.00 p.m. I was then told by a staff member that I had no booking and that it would be very awkward to put on heating... I am not sure what site the earlier reviews are talking about... We arrived at this site with a motorhome late in the season, and should be thankful that this site was at least open – we have found most camping sites close in late/end September which is a pain in itself. When I say they where open, that does... More

We had a large group and made avail of both the Bed and Breakfast and the Campsite, none dissapointed. The owners are friendly and lovely and made us feel so welcome! The village of Cong is beautiful and Quaint and has some lovely restaurants and pubs, and the facilities on the campsite are second to none. Thanks so much and... More

When we got there - It was raining heavly but this cleared up and gave us time to put up our tent. The campsite itself was quite small and there was not enough car parking spaces for all the tents and caravans that were there, but we still managed to park the car for the night. The facilities were excellent.... More
