Close to the beach about 7 min walk, restaurants about 10 min walk. Would advise renting a car so you can see the island and to get into Kos town. Lovely complex, really well run and Manos is so welcoming. We had 2 bedroomed apartment which was lovely and quite and overlooked pool, very clean. Well worth a stay.
